1-9. Removing and Reinstalling the LCD
module
1. Remove the top panel. (Refer to Section 1-4.)
2. Remove the six screws, and remove the front panel
assembly.
3. Disconnect the harness from the connector CN702 on
the MDM-11 board.

4. Remove the four screws, and remove the LCD assem-
bly.
5. Unsolder the harness (LCD-MDM) connected to the
LCD module.

6. Solder the harness (LCD-MDM) to a new LCD
module and then reassemble it in the reverse order of
removal.

When soldering the harness (LCD-MDM), refer to the
"Frame Wiring" of "Section 6. Schematic Diagrams".
1-10. Adjustment after Replacing the
Boards
When replacing the MDM-11 board, implement the
specified adjustments and checks referring to "Section 3.
Electrical Alignment".
The other boards do not require adjustments and checks
when they are replaced.
