NO ME LEE LOS BLURAY SOLO LOS DVD lo compre hace varios años no tenia problemas pero de repente dejo de funcionar el bluray dic tengo bastante peliculas en bluray y DVD los DVD los lreproduce sin ningum problema.Como se puede reparar yaque no es problema de laser ha veces los toma y no tiene niun problema.

If the Sony HBD-E2100 only plays DVDs and not Blu-ray discs, the issue may be with the optical pickup block (KEM480AAA). To repair it:
1. Enter service mode using the remote: press [DISPLAY], [0], [2], [1], [SUBTITLE].
2. Check the dIOP value: press [8], [7], [3], [ ], and verify against the specification (BD: ±6 mA).
3. If the value is outside the range, or Blu-ray playback fails, replace the optical pickup block (KEM480AAA).
Ensure proper ESD precautions are taken during replacement.

Is IC 101 spare parts available in India?
I have the same problem. As per the service manual , I changed the optical device KEM480AAA. After replacing, when I checked the dIOP value, it displayed BD -239[255], DVD -8[26] and CD -26[41] Help me how to over come this.
