- Page 4 6. Re-install the MP-15DC shell and fuel tank and you’re done! (Figure 4) 7. You are now ready to run your locomotive. The DN163A3 is factory pro- grammed to address 03. You can easily customize the address and other fea- tures.

When transponding is enabled, the front light of the locomotive will flicker slightly to indicate transponding signal is being communicated.
