Open the stand. To do this, pull the front of the stand about 2 mm upwards
(C1-1) and then remove it forwards (C1-2).

Push the USB cable from below through the stand (C1-3).
ì
Press the USB plug between the fixtures in the direction of the arrow. Make
sure that the logo on the plug is pointing forward (C1-4).
ì
Close the stand. Make sure that the clamps on the front of the stand snap in
(C1-5).
ì
Pass the cable through the channel in the bottom and insert it in a free USB
port on your PC (C2-6).
ì
Put the Gigaset USB Adapter 300 in the stand with the LEDs facing forward
(C2-7).
Procedure for installation
To establish Internet access using an access point, proceed as follows:
1. First install the Gigaset USB Adapter 300 on a PC.
2. Then install the access point if it is not yet in operation. This is described in
the user guide for the device in question.
3. Set up the connection between the Gigaset USB Adapter 300 and the access
point.
