5. Turn on the humidifier to maximum valve on the diagnostic mode page. After the humidifier is
started, the water supply solenoid valve leads to a higher liquid level in the humidifier cylinder
(figure 1). Water supply is smooth and the water pipe is free from leakage. After 10 minutes,
the water inside the humidifier cylinder is with bubbles or boils (figure 2). (The water boiling time
is relevant with water supply electrical conductivity. The lower the electrical conductivity, the
longer it takes the water to boil.) Press the humidifier manual drainage switch on the electric
control box side panel to ON (figure 3). The water level in the humidifier cylinder decreases
(figure 4). Make sure that water is drained smoothly, and the pipe is free from leakage. Set the
valve of humidifier to 0% and press the drainage switch to OFF (figure 5).
6. Set the opening of the chilled water valve to 100%. The handle of the chilled water valve should
be rotated to the maximum value.
7. Choose Running > Device Details > Drain Device manually raise the low float for 5 seconds,
and check whether a water pump starts. Lower the low float, manually raise the high float for 5
seconds, and check whether a pump starts. Lower the high flow.
8. Exit diagnostic mode by taping Exit or
NetCol5000-C030 In-row Chilled Water Smart Cooling Product User Manual (Simple
Configuration). After the commissioning is complete, ensure that the device keeps running for
more than 30 minutes properly.

1. Install the cover on the main power wiring panel and secure the cover using M4 screws.
2. Install the air filters.
