Verifying the Installation
No.
Check Item
Check the drainpipes are securely installed, clear, free of leakage (the
1
hose gradient is 1:100), and not over bent.
2
Wrap the chilled water pipe connector with heat insulation foam tightly.
Check that the floats are leveled and the impurities, such as cables and
3
insulation foam, are cleaned. Cables are securely bound and not on the
water pan.
Check that the distance between two chilled water pipes outside the
4
cabinet is longer than 25 mm, the hose is securely wrapped with insulation
foam, and junctions are secured by using glue.
Check that the pressure preservation and air tightness test for pipes have
5
been completed.
6
Check that the cabinet is grounded.
Check that power cables and signal cables are correctly connected, signal
7
cables are protected in a corrugated pipe and bound securely, and power
cables are routed separately from signal cables.

Powering On the System
Power-On
7.1
1. Measure the input power voltage is within the
normal operating range (208V: –10% to +6%;
220V and 240V: –10% to +10%) by using
multimeter after powering on the front-end.
2. Subsequently switch on QF1 and QF2.
If there is an indicator, and the green indicator is
on, the primary power is serving the equipment.
If the green indicator is off and the system is
working properly, the secondary power is
serving the equipment.
