Phone screens Your phone has three main screens: the Main Menu, Calls screen and Lines screen (by default). You can access the Main Menu and Lines screen at any time. You can also access the Calls screen when you have one or more calls in progress.
Tip: referring to programme soft keys In this guide, the programme soft keys are referred to by their name only. For example, to end a call in progress, press End Call. Calls screen You can access the Calls screen when you have one or more calls in progress.
Tip: switching between the Lines and Calls When in the Calls screen, you can access the Lines screen by pressing More > Lines. To switch back to the Calls screen, press More > Calls. Making a call Pick up the handset or press .
To answer a new call while on an active call, press Answer. The current call will be put on hold. Ending calls To end an active call, replace the handset, press . You can also press End Call. To end a call on hold, access the Calls screen. Highlight the call on hold.
Conference calls Call the first party and, after the call connects, press More and select Conference. Then dial the number of the second party and press Conference again to connect with the conference participants. From the Lines or Calls screen, you can: Press Hold to put all participants on hold.
Viewing recent calls From the Lines screen, you can: , select Directories, and select Recent Calls Press to display your Recent Calls list. Press the right arrow key to call a selected number. Press the left arrow key to return to the previous menu. Press the down arrow key to display the recent calls.
To delete a contact — Access your Contact Directory and select the contact to be deleted. Press Info > Delete and press Yes to confirm. To search for a contact — Access your Contact Directory and press Search. Enter the search criteria and press Search.

Adjusting the volume To change the call volume, press during a call. To change the ringtone volume, press when the phone is inactive or ringing. Changing ringtones To change the incoming call ringtone, select Settings and press Basic > Type of ringtone and press Save. To set a ringtone for a contact, access your Contact Directory and select the contact.
