Manual AC-EC LCD fan controller 2x5A
Now you can set the speed which should correspond to 1% of the
minimum speed. Push the knob to change the displayed value with rotating
the knob. Save the new value with pushing the knob. Turn clockwise the
knob and go to the next setting. Repeat for all coming settings.
Choose between Automatically, ON OFF (default is Auto.)
Choose between 0-10V or PWM pulse wide modulation. (default is 0-
10V).
Choose if the intake fan should stop running if the temperature and
humidity value is below them settings. (default is OFF)
Chose if you want to reset the controller to them factory settings. Push
the knob and the value will start blinking. Then press again and hold for 4
seconds to reset.
Turn clockwise the knob to the "end" confirm the setting pushing the
knob. The EC fan controller initializes with the new settings.
The AC/EC fan controller is equped with two temperature surveliance
sensors. One is placed at the heatsink close to the TRIAC transistors, the
other one in the main processor in the inside of the housing.
This sensors are constantly monitoring the temperature and shot down
at max. 75C° and cool down to 50C°. In case such emergency stops happen
the green power LED starts to blink and keeps blinking until you restart the
controller again. Unplug and plug the power cable. In case such emergency
stops happen make sure the controller have enough cooling at the heat
sink.
