4.6 FAN MOTOR

This operation can only be undertaken once the electrical supply has been switched off (consignation).
Under this condition only, the access to fan motors is authorized.
 Remarks :
If a fan motor needs to be changed, care should be taken to unplug all purge holes during reinstallation (to enable the condensation to
escape).

Hardness (CaCO3) 30 à 100 ppm
Alkalinity (CaCO3) 250 ppm max
Pressure 1.5 bar
Water spray option includes:
> Copper pipes with water duct (sprayer)
> Brass ducts (quantity will be confirmed at the order)
> Water devices:
- Manometer
- Solenoid valve
- filter
- Pressure switch
- Ambient temperature sensor
- Adjustment hand valve.
> An ambient thermostat:
You have to install a drain valve at lowest point of the installation (manual operation to be done prior winter with opened solenoid valve ) Way
of control method: When all the fans of the heat exchanger are in operation and ambient temperature is over the ambient thermostat set
point, Water spray system is engaged.
