12. Use the cotton swab to wipe the two white rollers. Gently rotate the rollers to clean them completely.
Caution: Do not use tissue paper to clean the rollers. The print head nozzles may be clogged with
lint.
13. Connect the power cord and any interface cables.

Cleaning the Paper Path

If the print quality has not improved after aligning the print head and cleaning the paper path, the paper
path inside the product may be smeared with ink.
1. Turn off the product.
2. Unplug the power cable.
