Troubleshooting
Step 3:
Compare the red and
blue sides of the tool.
Use the red side to
measure your right ear
and the blue side to
measure your left ear.
Step 4:
Place the tool on
your right ear. It
should hook around
the front of your
ear and lie flat
against the side of
your head.
Make sure that the
dotted line near the
top of the tool is level
and aligned with the
top of your ear.
