Solutions
Make sure that you're placing
the eartips in your ears correctly.
Remember to insert each eartip deep
into your ear canal until the cable is flat
against your ear and the eartip feels
secure (see page 22).
Choose another eartip size (see
page 72). You may need a different
size for each ear.
Securely fasten the eartips to the
speakers (see page 74).
Replace the eartips (see page 54).
