Problem
Hearing aids
don't connect
to phone
Solutions
On your phone:
• Turn the Bluetooth feature off and
then on.
• Delete the hearing aids from the
Bluetooth list on your phone.
Connect again.
Open and fully close both battery
doors (see page 29).
Move your phone closer to the hearing
aids and away from any interference
or obstructions.
If another previously-connected phone
is within range, turn the Bluetooth
feature off on that phone.
