Failures Causes
Water pump is not filled with water
No water output
Water level lowers bottom valve
from pump
Leakage of suction pipes
Inlet water pipes are too long or have too many
elbows.
Deficiency in
pressure
Debris blocks entrance of pipelines,
strainer mesh or pump chamber
Pump vibration
Pump is not secured correctly

COMMON FAILURES AND TREATMENT

Measures
Turn off pump and refill pump chamber with
water
Adjust water inlet pipeline to submerge bottom
valve
Examine joints sealing of all suction pipes
Pipe diameter is incorrect please refer to
installation instructions page 3
Clean pipelines, bottom valve or pump
chamber and remove foreign debris
Secure pump
