Problem
The appliance does not
switch on.
The appliance runs with
reduced capacity.
Water leakage occurs.
The appliance makes
excessive noise.

Possible cause
The power cable is not
connected correctly.
The water level in the
reservoir is too high. The
water level indicator lights
up.
The room temperature
exceeds the working range.
A low fan speed is selected
or the appliance runs in dry
mode.
The air filters are blocked.
There is an open door or
window.
The exhaust hose is
detached.
The appliance has leaked
while moving.
The drain hose is leaking.
The drain hose is kinked or
clogged.
The appliance is not placed
on a flat and stable surface.
Loose parts are vibrating.
The noise sounds like
flowing water.

Solution
Reconnect the power cable.
Empty the reservoir.
Make sure the room
temperature is between 5
- 35 °C.
Select another mode or
another fan speed.
Remove objects from the air
filters. When necessary,
clean the filters.
Close all doors and
windows.
Re-attach the exhaust hose.
Be careful when moving the
appliance.
Replace the drain hose.
Straighten the drain hose.
Unclog a clogged hose.
Choose a suitable location
for the appliance.
Tighten loose parts.
This sound is coming from
the refrigerant and is
normal.
