MegaPower 48 release 1.06 is intended to bring all existing
units in the field up to the same version, regardless of
installation date.
• PC or Laptop (Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT 4.0).
• Medium Philips head screw driver
• Null modem cable
• Female gender changer
• MP-48 setup software
All data will be lost unless you save the system parameters to
flash memory.
1. On a AD2088/AD2079 Keyboard, turn the key switch to
Program. On a MegaPower Control Center keyboard,
press the Program Mode softkey.
2. Type 55 F2 immediately followed by 140 F2.
3. On an ADTTE Keyboard, make sure the keyboard is
unlocked and
approximately one (1) minute before proceeding.
1. Move the self-extracting file, MP48V106.exe (P/N 0720-
0310-0100), to a folder on your computer. Double-click on
the file to run it.
2. Remove the MEU (Main Electronic Unit) from the patch
panel, and locate and remove the screws covering the
electronics.
3. Carefully remove the MEU cover.
NOTE: Please use a static strap or ground yourself before
touching any of the MEU's components.
