WARRANTY. UNPLUG FIXTURE POWER BEFORE REPLACING THE LAMP!
NEVER TOUCH FIXTURE OR LAMP DURING OPERATION, AS IT MAY BE HOT!
TURN OFF FIXTURE AND ALLOW TO COOL APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES BEFORE REPLACING LAMP!
DO NOT OPERATE FIXTURE WITH DAMAGED/MISSING EXTERNAL COVERS. DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO
THE UV LIGHT AND/OR VIEW DIRECTLY WITH OPTICAL INSTRUMENTS THAT MAY CONCENTRATE THE UV
LIGHT/RADIATION OUTPUT. INDIVIDUALS SUFFERING FROM A RANGE OF EYE CONDITIONS, SUNLIGHT
EXPOSURE DIS-ORDERS, OR INDIVIDUALS USING PHOTOSENSITIVE MEDICATION, MAY RECEIVE
DISCOMFORT IF EXPOSED TO THE ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT EMITTED FROM THE FIXTURE.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Light does not turn ON, flickers, or is not ON 100%.
Check if the fixture power cord is connected to a suitable power source.
Check if the fixture power switch is in the ON position.
Power OFF the fixture then carefully check if the bulb is properly installed/seated in the fixture.
Check if both contact pins on both ends of the bulb are inserted correctly into the fixture.
The bulb may have shifted during shipping, during installation of the fixture, or while in use.
The bulb may need to be replaced. Replace with ADJ bulb ONLY.

BULB REPLACEMENT ADJ# LLF20-BLB
1. Power fixture OFF and disconnect power cord from power source and wait 15 minutes to allow the bulb to cool.
2. Using both hands, gently twist the bulb counter-clockwise to remove.
3. Using both hands, gently align contact pins on both ends of the bulb to the fixture.
4. Insert the bulb gently into the fixture, then turn clockwise to secure in place.
CLEANING
Power fixture OFF and let cool for 15 minutes. Use a soft cloth to clean dust or debris from bulb and fixture.
Routine cleaning is recommended every 30 days to ensure the best performance.

FIXTURE EMITS HIGH INTENSITY WAVELENGTH OF ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT.
WEAR PROPER EYE AND SKIN PROTECTION.
AVOID PROLONGED PERIODS OF EXPOSURE TO ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT.
AVOID WEARING WHITE COLOR CLOTHING AND/OR USING UV PAINTS ON SKIN.
AVOID DIRECT EYE AND/OR SKIN EXPOSURE AT DISTANCES LESS THAN 11 FEET.
