The following instructions will help you replace your dead battery in the Mega Go Bar 50. To replace
the battery you need to carefully follow these instructions. If you have any questions please contact

Start by removing both bracket end caps. Unscrew the four phillips screws that hold each end in
place.

  • Page 2 Once the bracket end caps have been removed, slide out the plastic LED cover. After you have removed the LED cover. Look carefully at the LED strip. You should see an area at one end where the LED strip seperates. At that end, slide the LED strip out, so that small strip is removed from the hous- ing.
  • Page 3 Carefully disconnect the LED wire harness from the PC board. After disconnecting the wire harness, “flip” the bar over so the rear is facing up. Remove the two phillips screws that secure the battery bracket. After unscrewing and removing the screws, “flip”...
  • Page 4 Disconnect the IR sensor cable from the PC board. Disconnect the DMX In connection cable. Disconnect the DMX Out connection cable.
  • Page 5 Disconnect the battery cable. Carefully remove the battery.
  • Page 6 After you have replaced the battery, simply reassemble in reverse order. Make sure that all cables are con- nected correctly. When sliding the LED strip back into place, do this gently. You might feel some resis- tance. DO NOT force the LED strip. Slide the strip back in the opposite direction, make sure that all cables are out of the way.
