1. (PC) Improved latency.
2. (Mac) Mac driver is now compliant with Mac Intel machines.
1. (PC) Fixed issue where certain PCs would crash when using the Windows driver and
the MPD16 is attached via USB.
2. (PC) Fixed issue where the PC utility would produce an error when attempting to
uninstall.
1. (Mac) There was a problem if 'the Classic' environment was running when the
MPD16 Utility was started. This has now been fixed.
2. (Mac) The 'Reset' button in the MPD16 Utility now resets the Pad Sensitivity to zero
if "Pad View' is selected.
