— The ventilation unit’s functions may be impaired or the unit may be damaged in rooms with a lot of dust (e.g. model-making) or corrosive gas emissions (e.g. blueprint shop, cleaning). — For any use contrary to the intended use, Meltem Wärmerückgewinnung GmbH & Co. KG shall accept no liability for any damage that may occur and offers no warranty that the ventilation unit will work perfectly and correctly. -

— The ventilation unit was not installed as described in the installation manual. — The ventilation unit was flush-mounted without using a flush-mount installation kit. — Genuine parts/genuine air filters were not replaced with genuine parts. — Unapproved changes were made to the installation kit or ventilation unit. — Repairs were not carried out by Meltem or by an authorised specialist company. — The ventilation unit was operated without air filters and outer wall terminals. — The warranty does not cover wearing parts such as air filters.
