NightBalance offers its patients the use of a secure web-based application (Portal)
and smartphone application which provides you with secure electronic access to your
recorded data only you can access and, with your permission, your physician.
NightBalance seeks to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative
measures to protect Personal Data within our organization. Unfortunately, no data
transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The best technical
security can be defeated, particularly if you do not protect your user ID and password to
access the portal. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer
secure, please immediately notify us.

NightBalance is intended for use in the electromagnetic environment specified in the
coming sections. The customer or the user of NightBalance should assure that it is
