The illustration shows the correct arrangement and orientation of the system components. - Page 11 Installation and commissioning On the Dynamic Scale Mounting the guide plate • Fold the hood up. • Release the fastening screw with the Torx tool supplied (roughly 1 revolution). • Insert the guide plate – as shown in the illustration – in the slot of the Dynamic Scale and slide in to the stop.

Warning! Danger from electrical voltage if improperly connected. • Use the supplied power and connection cables or cables that have been approved by FP. Make sure that the cables are not damaged. • Only connect the Dynamic Scale to a grounded single-phase power outlet. -

Installation and commissioning Step 6: Turning on the PostBase Vision franking system • Press the ON/OFF button. The LED lighting on the franking machine lights up and the system starts up. You can follow the running startup procedure in the display. -
