8.3   Connecting the Compressed Air and Vacuum
CAUTION
Compressed air or vacuum in direct contact with the eye
Severe eye injury
4 Wear eye protection
4 Do not look into compressed air openings
4 Do not look into the silencer air stream
4 Do not look into vacuum openings, e.g. suction cups
CAUTION
Noise pollution due to incorrect installation of the pressure and vacuum connec-
tions
Hearing damage
4 Correct installation.
4 Wear ear protectors.

1x compressed air connection per 16 ejec-
tor discs

1x vacuum air connection per ejector disc
(marking 2)
The compressed air connector with the plug connector 8/6 or 1/8" thread is marked with the number 1 on
the ejector disc.
4 Connect compressed air hose. For threaded connectors, the maximum tightening torque is 1 Nm.
The vacuum connector with the plug connector 8/2 or 6/4 or M5 or M7 thread is marked with the number
2 on the ejector disc.
4 Connect the vacuum hose. For threaded connectors, the maximum tightening torque is 1 Nm.
