Relocate the weather station and/ or the
wireless sensor. Both units must be within 330
feet (100m) from each other. Make sure both
units are placed at least 3 feet (.91 m) from
other electronic appliances and devices that
may interfere with the wireless
communication (such as TV's, microwaves,
computers etc). NOTE: It may take up to 20
minutes for the main unit to re-synchronize
with the sensor when batteries are replaced.
Use lithium batteries in sensor when
temperature is below -4°F (-20°C).

ID setting on each unit must match for all
units to communicate properly. See "Set

Make sure the AC power adapter is securely
plugged into the Weather Station dock.
Make certain the radio is securely docked

batteries alone, note that the batteries will

bypassed and will NOT sound until external

are unplugged.

Make sure the radio is located near an
external wall window for best reception. If
you are in a weak reception area, you will
need to pay special attention that the radio
is placed near a window and at a high
placement for best reception possible.

to change the channel. Refer to Quick
Setup: Channel Setup (page 10) to
automatically rescan for the strongest
channel. Contact the NWS to make certain

correct S.A.M.E# (FIPS code) for your area.
