COMPUTER INSTRUCTION
If you press START, the treadmill starts running. If the back button on the top right corner is pressed,
you get back to the main interface to operate other operations. After the user selects and clicks on any
sport mode, it will return to the heart rate control speed interface. Click on any area of the screen to
pop up the operatin floating windows of the treadmill.
Press on .
The treadmill stops. If there's no operation for 3 seconds, the window closes.
Press on icon to get into the countdown menu.
