The shortwave optical transceivers provide transmission ranges as follows:
• Up to 260 meters (m) using 62.5 micrometers (µm) multimode fiber cable
• Up to 440 m using 50 µm multimode fiber cable
The Passport 8608SXE Module supports standards-based full-duplex operation
only.
