(Q4) I change my primary router with PRN3009, which connection type
should I choose? TM Unifi, Maxis and Singtel User
1. Login to the PRN3009 first and the Wizard Page will shows the operation mode and the
connection type. By default the PRN3009 is set in Router Mode with DHCP connection type.
2. Most of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) is using PPPoE for the internet connection type.
Please follow the step below how to setup the PPPoE connection type for TM Unifi and
MaxisOne User.
3. For Singtel user, the connection type setup is using DHCP (auto-Config) please go to straight to
step 2 as by default the PRN3009 connection is set as DHCP (Auto-Config).
Step 1:-
Login the PRN3009, set your wireless network name (SSID) and password

Choose the connection type > PPPoE Dial-Up

Enter the Username and Password for the PPPoE connection. Note: the PPPoE Username and

Password is provide by the ISP subscribe. If you don't have the information, please contact the
ISP.
Click Save/Apply, the PRN3009 will reboot
