STORAGE
After use, turn off the power to the appliance and unplug the power cord. Remove the water tank and
pour out the residual water. Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Reduced amount of
steam or no steam.
The appliance is not
powered.
The appliance does
not vacuum dirt from
the floor.

WARRANTY REPAIR

For warranty repair, contact the dealer where you purchased the TESLA product.
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to:
 using the device for other purposes than it was designed to
 normal wear and tear
 failure to observe the „Important safety instructions" stated in the user manual
 electrical or mechanical damage caused by improper use
 damage caused by natural elements such as water, fire, static electricity, power surges etcetera
 damage caused by an unauthorized repair
 unreadable serial number
Cause
The water tank is empty or
incorrectly inserted in the
body of the appliance.
You have not pressed the
steam control knob.
You did not select the steam
release rate.
The steam ready indicator
does not light up.
The appliance is not
connected correctly or the
mains plug is defective.
The filter is clogged with
dirt.
The suction of the appliance
is blocked.
The dust tank is full.
Solution
Make sure there is enough water in the
water tank.
Press the steam release control (1).
Select the intensity of steam release.
Make sure that the appliance is
connected to the mains and wait until the
indicator lights up.
Connect the appliance to the mains and
check the power cord.
Clean the filter.
Remove dirt from the suction opening.
Empty the dirt tank.
