Step1: Open the SIM slot cover, take off one screw (set the torques at 0.7kgf.cm if using electric screw driver, set the torques at 0.8kgf.cm if using manual screw driver), and then remove the back cover by prying up from down left side of the tablet as following illustrated picture.

(Temperature :Lead-free technology 330℃±10℃,time :5~6 seconds) Step5: Take off 13 screws from Furnished Mid-Frame and then remove the frame (set the torques at 0.7kgf.cm if using electric screw driver, set the torques at 0.8kgf.cm if using manual screw driver).
