Periodic Cleaning Procedure It is best to clean your unit when the product load is at its lowest level. To clean the interior or exterior cabinet surfaces, the following procedure is recommended: 1. Disconnect your unit from its power supply and remove all food products from inside the drawers. - Page 12 Precautions 1. Never use harsh detergents, cleaners, scouring powders, or chemicals when cleaning your unit. 2. Strong bleaches tend to corrode many materials and should never come in contact with stainless steel. 3. Tincture of iodine, or iron should not come in contact with stainless steel.
