AccuTemp shall not be responsible for economic loss, profit loss, including without
limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product spoilage claims, whether or
not, they were cause by refrigeration failure.
This constitutes the entire warranty, which supersedes and excludes all other warranties,
whether written, oral, or implied.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
AccuTemp does hereby exclude and shall not be liable to purchaser for any
consequential or incidental damages.
