Start failure
Cause
Jammed in filter and fuel system
Air trapped in fuel system
Fuel supply time wrong
Injector sprays abnormally
Insufficient compress pressure
Valve gap wrong
Battery is insufficient
Connecting of electric device is
not good
Temperature is low , oil is too
viscous
Remedy and method
Dismantle and clean
Went the air from the system and fixed all pipe
Adjust the supply time
Check and adjust injector fuel pressure , clean or
replace valve
Check or replace piston ring, cylinder liner and valve.
If the cylinder head gasket leak steam, please
screw well the cylinder head bolt, If any damage
of cylinder head gasket, please replace it.
Adjust the valve gap and aim at gear tooth as sign
Recharging the battery
Check and tight the connection
Make the water and oil to be higher temperature
