    The power adapter included in your XHub4 package About USB 2.0 Performance For your XHub4 and USB 2.0 devices to operate at USB 2.0 speeds, the XHub4 must be connected to a USB 2.0 port, and USB 2.0 drivers with hub support must be installed on your computer.

    Windows XP and Windows 2000 If you are using Windows XP or Windows 2000, you do not need to install any device drivers. Your XHub4 is ready for use when it’s properly connected and your computer is powered on.

    Troubleshooting If you have problems using your XHub4 or USB devices, work through this list of troubleshooting suggestions: Ensure that all cables are properly and fully connected. Ensure that the XHub4 is connected to a power source, and that the power source is turned on.
