Proposal for Solution
Clean the trigger in order to make sure it
can be moved without obstruction.
1. Clean, adjust or replace the nozzle/filter
2. Remove the paint from the device and fil-
ter it.
1. Paint has to be thinned before applica-
tion.
2. Adjust the liquid controller.
3. Hold the spray gun closer to the surface.
1. Check the viscosity of the paint an-
dthicken it, if necessary
2. Apply thinner layers and allow the paint
to adhere to previous layers.
3. Increase the distance between the spray
gun and the surface.
4. Keep moving the spray gun evenly dur-
ing the process of application.
5. Evenly overlap layers of paint in order to
regulate its thickness.
1. Use less diluting agents or thicken the
paint.
2. Make sure to apply paint evenly and to
overlap paths properly and equally.
3. Use a sealing layer.
