Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Keep these instructions safe. When passing the product on to a third party, always make sure that the documentation is included. Important information Please read the following instructions and information carefully before using your new helmet for the first time. This helmet was deve- loped for use with bicycles, skateboards, inline skates, roller skates and similar groups, and manufactured according to state of the art. Despite maximum safety standards, serious accidents may result in injuries. In some cases, the impact may be so strong the helmet does not effectively protect the rider from head injuries. Compliance with the requirements according to Annex II of European Directive 89/686/EEC (and subsequent amendments) as well as those of harmonizing technical standard EN 1078 was certified by the issuing authority TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH, Tillystr. 2, D-90431 Nürnberg, Germany, Notified Body No 0197.

    Intended use This article is made for bicycle riders, skateboarders, inline and roller skaters, and other groups with similar pursuits. It is not suitable for other sports or motorcycling. Safety notices • D o not allow children to wear this helmet while climbing or playing as this carries a risk of strangulation. • T he helmet must be firmly seated and the chin strap closed tightly. • D o not shift the helmet toward the neck, as this will leave your forehead unprotected. • D o not wear headgear under the helmet. • B e sure not to restrict air circulation. • N ever modify the helmet, its structure or the individual components. • N ever paint the helmet and/or apply decals or labels. • T he impacts of paint, decals, cleaning liquids or other solvents can seriously impair the protection of the helmet. • T he helmet is intended to protect the head in the event of an impact. This protection is no longer warranted after just one (even minor) impact. The helmet must therefore immediately be replaced following an accident, even without visible damage.

    • N ever use solvents or abrasive cleaners containing petroleum to clean the helmet, neither inside nor outside. Always use a pH- neutral detergent diluted in clear water; carefully rub with a soft cloth. Then dry with a lint-free cloth. The padding may be cleaned with a little soap, using a soft brush. • O nly use OEM replacement parts for your helmet. • T he life of this product varies by use. However, the product must be replaced no later than five years from the date of manufacture (Version: 03/2017). Helmet sizing • M easure the circumference of the head and select the helmet size accordingly. Try several helmets before deciding. Ideally, the skin over your temples moves along when wearing the helmet. • V erify the helmet does not move much on your head even with chin strap loose.
  • Page 7 • T he chin strap must be closed firmly for a secure seat. It is fitted correctly when it is difficult to slide your fingers under the chin straps. However, you must still be able to comfortably breathe, swallow and turn your head. • T he helmet is seated correctly if it is tight, yet comfortable on your head (Fig. B). • I f the helmet is too large (wiggles, cannot be adjusted tightly enough) or too small (pinches, forehead exposed), please select the next larger or smaller size. • N ever use the helmet if it cannot be adjusted correctly. Adjusting the chin strap (Fig. C) The general length of the chin strap can be adjusted with the loop. You may also use the strap divider clip to adjust the length of the chin strap. Please ensure that the strap divider does not bother you, the straps do not cover your ears, and the fastener does not rest on your chin. Headband width adjustment (Fig. D) Use the wheel for variable adjustment to your head size to ensure the helmet is seated optimally. Turn the wheel clockwise to tighten the headband and counter-clockwise to loosen the headband.
  • Page 8 Headband height adjustment (Fig. E) The height of the headband system can be adjusted to fit. There are 2 different height adjustments. Pull the headband system connection pins out of the locking points in the EPS shell. You can now attach the headband system pins in other locking points higher or lower. Push the pins into the locking points until you hear and feel them lock in. Both pins must always be locked in. Mounting/dismantling the attachment (Fig. F) An adult must carry out the mounting. Mount the attachment as follows: 1. Insert half of the attachment stopper (8a) into the ventilation opening (2). 2. Push down into the ventilation opening the half of the attachment stopper that is not yet in the ventilation opening by twisting the attachment onto the helmet applying pressure. Note: We recommend using a non-pointed pen or similar as an aid to push down the attachment into place. Please take care not to damage the article or injure yourself.

    Maintenance and care Regular maintenance and care contributes to ensuring the safety and preservation of the helmet. • A lways use a pH-neutral detergent diluted in clear water; carefully rub with a soft cloth. Then dry with a lint-free cloth. • T he padding may be cleaned with a little soap, using a soft brush. Inner pads • H and wash below 30 °C. 30 °C/86 °F • A llowed to dry at room temperature. Storage Store the helmet in a dry, well ventilated location at room tempera- ture when not in use. Avoid heat sources. Disposal instructions Dispose of the article and the packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Keep the packaging materi- als out of the reach of children.

  • Page 14 Wybór rozmiaru kasku • Z mierz obwód głowy a następnie wybierz rozmiar kasku. Wypróbuj większą ilość kasków, zanim się na jakikolwiek zdecydujesz. W nałożonym kasku, skóra skroni powinna się przyjemnie poruszać. • U pewnij sie, że kask także bez zaciągniętych pasków pod brodą nie posiada na głowie za dużo wolnej przestrzeni. • D la pewnego i bezpiecznego dopasowania, paski pod brodą muszą być zamknięte. Kask jest tylko wtedy dobrze osadzony na głowie, jeśli masz trudności z wsunięciem palców pod pasek podbródkowy. Jednak oddychanie, połykanie i obracanie głową nie może być utrudnione. • K ask jest odpowiednio dopasowany, jeśli on, mocno ale mimo wszystko wygodnie siedzi (ilustr. B). • J eśli kask jest za duży (porusza się, nie można go odpowiednio dopasować) albo za mały (uciska, czoło jest odsłonięte), prosimy i wybranie kasku o rozmiar większy względnie mniejszy. • J eśli kask nie jest odpowiednio dopasowany, nie wolno z niego korzystać.
  • Page 15 Regulacja pasku pod brodą (ilustr. C) Ogólną długość pasków pod brodą można regulować za pomocą pętli. Także dzięki klipsowi na rozdzielaczu paska posiadasz możliwość regulacji paska pod brodą. Proszę uważać, żeby regu- lator paska nie przeszkadzał, żeby paski nie zakrywały uszu oraz żeby zapięcie nie leżało na brodzie. Regulacja szerokości paska przy głowie (ilustr. D) Za pomocą pokrętła możesz bezstopniowo dopasować kask do obwodu głowy, aby on został odpowiednio osadzony na głowie. Pokrętłem należy kręcić w prawo, aby pasek przy głowie mocniej zacisnąć, w lewo, aby go poluzować. Regulacja wysokości paska przy głowie (ilustr. E) Wysokość pasków przy głowie może być indywidualnie regulowa- na. Do ustawienia możliwe są dwie różne wysokości. Wyciągnij przypinki łączące w pasku przy głowie z punktów zaciskających znajdujących sie na skorupie EPS. Przypinki możesz teraz zamocować wyżej albo niżej w następnych punktach mocujących. Przypinki wcisnąć tak mocno w punkty zaciskające, aż usłyszysz i poczujesz, że te zaskoczyły. Obydwie przypinki muszą zaskoczyć.

    Montaż/demontaż nasadki (ilustr. F) Montaż powinien zostać wykonany przez osobę dorosłą! Zamontuj nasadkę w następujący sposób: 1. Włóż połowę zatyczki nasadki (8a) w otwór wentylacyjny (2). 2. Tę połowę zatyczki nasadki, która nie jest włożona w otwór wentylacyjny, wciśnij w otwór wentylacyjny i dociskając nasadkę przykręć ją do kasku. Uwaga: Zalecamy zastosowanie niezbyt ostrego ołówka lub przedmiotu o podobnym kształcie jako narzędzia pomocniczego do wciśnięcia nasadki. Proszę zwrócić uwagę, aby nie uszkodzić artykułu lub nie skaleczyć się! W celu usunięcia nasadki ściśnij ją i wyciągnij z kasku. Konserwacja i pielęgnacja Regularna konserwacja i pielęgnacja przyczyniają się do zachowa- nia bezpieczeństwa i ochrony kasku.

Przechowywanie W razie nie korzystania z kasku, należy go przechowywać w suchym i dobrze napowietrzonym pomieszczeniu o temperaturze pokojowej. Unikaj źródeł ciepła. Uwagi odnośnie recyklingu Opakowanie i artykuł usunąć zgodnie z przepisami o ochronie środowiska! Artykuł oddać do utylizacji w autoryzowanym zakładzie oczyszczania i przetwarzania odpadów lub do odpo- wiedniej jednostki w gminie. Prosimy stosować się do aktualnie obowiązujących przepisów.

    Tinkamas naudojimas Šis gaminys sukurtas dviratininkams, riedlentininkams, riedutininkams ir panašioms vartotojų grupėms. Jis netinkamas kitoms sporto šakoms bei motociklų vairuotojams. Saugos nuorodos • Š io šalmo neturėtų dėvėti vaikai karstydamiesi ar užsiimdami kita veikla, kur vaikui su šalmu kyla pavojus pasismaugti ar užstrigti. • Š almas turi gerai priglusti, o smakro dirželis turi būti tvirtai užsegtas. • N enustumkite šalmo ant pakaušio, nes liks neapsaugota kakta. • P o šalmu nedėvėkite jokio galvos apdangalo. • U žtikrinkite, kad nebūtų ribojama oro cirkuliacija. • N eatlikite jokių šalmo, jo konstrukcijos ir atskirų dalių pakeitimų. • N epieškite ant šalmo, nedažykite jo ir (arba) neklijuokite ant jo lipdukų ar etikečių. • D ėl dažų, lipdukų, valiklių ar tirpiklių poveikio šalmas gali netekti savo apsauginių savybių. • Š almas turi apsaugoti galvą nuo smūgio. Šalmą atsargiai valykite minkšta šluoste, suvilgyta švariu vandeniu atskiestu neutralaus pH vali- kliu. Paskui gerai nusausinkite plaušelių neturinčia šluoste. Šalmo paminkštinimą galite valyti minkštu šepečiu ir trupučiu muilo. • Š almui naudokite tik originalias atsargines dalis. • K iek ilgai tarnaus gaminys, priklauso nuo to, kaip jį naudosite. Tačiau gaminį reikia pakeisti ne vėliau nei po penkerių metų nuo pagaminimo datos (modelis: 2017-03). HeiQ Pure dynamiq ® „PURE Textile“ gaiva Patirkite sidabro galios kuriamą nuolatinę gaivą, apsaugančią nuo nemalonaus kvapo visą dieną. Prisitaikantis šilumos reguliavimas Nuolat jauskitės gerai. Ši medžiaga vėsina jus, kai karšta ir padeda ilgiau išlikti sausiems, kai šalta. Vėsina ir stabdo prakaitavimą. Šalmo vidinio pamušalo antibakterinėje apdailoje yra biocidinės ® veikliosios medžiagos („PURE TF by HeiQ “). Aktyvioji veiklioji medžiaga: silicio dioksidu adsorbuotas sidabras (nano).
  • Page 22 Galimi šalmo dydžiai • I šmatuokite galvos apimtį ir pagal ją pasirinkite tinkamą šalmo dydį. Prieš apsispręsdami pasimatuokite daugiau šalmų. Šalmas tinka idealiai, jei smilkinių oda juda kartu su uždėtu šalmu. • Į sitikinkite, kad net ir neužsegus smakro dirželio šalmas ant galvos juda minimaliai. • K ad šalmas laikytųsi saugiai, būtina užsegti smakro dirželį. Šalmas užsegtas tinkamai, jei po smakro dirželiu sunku užkišti pirštą. Tačiau jis turi netrukdyti patogiai kvėpuoti, ryti ir sukioti galvą. • Š almas uždėtas tinkamai, jei jis ant galvos laikosi tvirtai, bet patogi- ai (B pav.). • J ei šalmas yra per didelis (juda ir negali pakankamai gerai prig- lusti) arba per mažas (spaudžia, neuždengia kaktos), rinkitės vienu dydžiu mažesnį ar didesnį šalmą. • N enaudokite šalmo, jei jis netinka idealiai. Smakro dirželio reguliavimas (C pav.) Smakro dirželio ilgį galite reguliuoti kilpa. Be to, smakro dirželio ilgį galite reguliuoti ir skirstytuvu. Tačiau atkreipkite dėmesį, kad dirželio skirstytuvas netrukdytų, dirželiai neuždengtų ausų, o sagtis nebūtų ant smakro.
  • Page 23 Galvos dirželio ilgio reguliavimas (D pav.) Sukamuoju reguliatoriumi galite tolygiai pritaikyti šalmą prie savo galvos apimties ir užtikrinti, kad šalmas laikytųsi optimaliai. Sukdami reguliatorių į dešinę, sutrumpinsite galvos dirželį, o į kairę – prailgin- site. Galvos dirželio aukščio reguliavimas (E pav.) Galvos dirželio sistemos aukštį galite reguliuoti pagal savo po- reikius. Galimos 2 skirtingos aukščio nuostatos. Ištraukite galvos dirželio sistemos kaištelius iš polistireninio putplasčio šalmo kiauto fiksuojamųjų angų. Nach nur einem einzigen (auch leichten) Aufprall ist dieser Schutz nicht mehr gewährleistet. Nach einem Unfall muss der Helm des- halb sofort erneuert werden, auch wenn er keinen sichtbaren Schaden aufweist. • Z um Säubern des Helmes darf niemals petroleumhaltiges Lösungs- oder Scheuermittel verwendet werden, weder von außen noch von innen. Das Innenfutter des Helmes enthält einen Biozidwirkstoff (PURE TF by HeiQ ) für antibakterielle Ausrüstung des Innenfutters. ® Aktiver Wirkstoff: Silber adsorbiert auf Siliziumdioxid (nano). Auswahl der Helmgröße • M essen Sie den Umfang des Kopfes und wählen Sie die Größe des Helmes danach aus. Probieren Sie mehrere Helme, bevor Sie sich entscheiden. Bei aufgesetztem Helm bewegt sich idealerweise die Haut der Schläfen mit. • S tellen Sie sicher, dass der Helm auch ohne den festgezogenen Kinnriemen keine große Bewegungsfreiheit auf dem Kopf hat. • F ür einen sicheren Sitz muss der Kinnriemen fest geschlossen werden. Er sitzt korrekt, wenn es Ihnen schwerfällt, Ihre Finger unter den Kinnriemen zu schieben. Sie müssen aber immer noch bequem atmen, schlucken und Ihren Kopf drehen können. • D er Helm sitzt korrekt, wenn er fest, aber dennoch bequem am Kopf sitzt (Abb. B).
  • Page 31 • W enn der Helm zu groß ist (wackelt, kann nicht fest genug angepasst werden) oder zu klein ist (drückt, lässt die Stirn frei), bitte einen Helm in der nächst größeren oder kleineren Größe wählen. • W enn der Helm nicht korrekt angepasst werden kann, darf dieser nicht verwendet werden. Einstellen des Kinnriemens (Abb. C) Die generelle Länge des Kinnriemens können Sie über die Schlaufe einstellen. Mit dem Gurtverteiler-Clip können Sie die Länge des Kinnriemens ebenfalls beeinflussen. Achten Sie aber darauf, dass der Gurtverteiler Sie nicht stört, die Riemen nicht die Ohren bedecken und der Verschluss nicht auf dem Kinn aufliegt. Kopfband-Weiteneinstellung (Abb. D) Mit dem Drehrad können Sie den Helm stufenlos an Ihren Kopfum- fang anpassen, um so einen optimalen Sitz des Helmes zu gewähr- leisten. Drehen Sie das Rad rechts herum, um das Kopfband des Helmes enger zu stellen, und links herum, um das Kopfband zu ver- größern. DE/AT/CH...
  • Page 32 Kopfband-Höheneinstellung (Abb. E) Die Höhe des Kopfbandsystems kann individuell eingestellt werden. Es sind 2 unterschiedliche Höheneinstellungen möglich. Ziehen Sie die Verbindungspins des Kopfbandsystems aus den Rastpunkten der EPS-Schale. Die Pins des Kopfbandsystems können Sie nun in den weiteren Rastpunkten höher oder tiefer befestigen. Drücken Sie die Pins so fest in die Rastpunkte, dass sie hörbar und spürbar einrasten. Es müssen immer beide Pins eingerastet sein. Aufsatz montieren/demontieren (Abb. F) Das Montieren sollte von einem Erwachsenen vorgenommen wer- den! Montieren Sie wie folgt den Aufsatz: 1. Stecken Sie eine Hälfte des Aufsatzstöpsels (8a) in die Belüftungs- öffnung (2). 2. Drücken Sie die andere Hälfte des Aufsatzstöpsels ebenfalls in die Belüftungsöffnung und drehen Sie dabei den Aufsatz mit Druck auf den Helm. Hinweis: Wir empfehlen, einen nicht spitzen Stift oder Ähnliches zum Hineindrücken des Aufsatzes als Hilfsmit- tel zu verwenden. Bitte achten Sie darauf, den Artikel nicht zu beschädigen oder sich zu verletzen! Zum Entfernen drücken Sie den Aufsatz zusammen und ziehen Sie ihn vom Helm ab.
