accurately transmits video back to camcorder.
To use the Microsoft camcorder drivers you must rst
remove the Texas Instruments driver.
To remove Texas Instruments driver follow the instructions below:
1. Connect camcorder and turn on so the camcorder is displayed in
device manager under "Sound, Video and game
controllers". Click
on 1394DV camcorder and click Remove.
Camcorder is removed from Device Manager.
2. Turn Camcorder off.
3. Run the UnTi.exe that are about to download. This will remove the
TI camcorder driver from your computer.
4. Once the UnTI.exe has been run you will be instructed to re-boot
your system.
5. Have your Windows 98 SE or Win2000 CD handy.
6. Turn camcorder on to VCR/VTR position. Windows will re-build
its driver library and ask for the MSDV.sys driver which is on the
Windows 98 SE or Win2000 CD.
7. Now your camcorder will be listed in device manager as an Imaging
Device and it will list it as "Microsoft DV camera and VCR"
