Before first Use

Remove all parts of the handheld mixer of the packaging and check for
damage in transit. Dispose of packaging material or store it out of reach of
children. Plastic bags may become a deadly toy for children.
Before using your appliance for the first time, thoroughly clean the unit and all
accessories.

Operation

1. Plug in the mixer. For switching on, push the ON/OFF switch (2) in
direction ON.
2. Press the + button (3) once in order to start the appliance at first setting.
Each time you press the + button the speed will increase. The speed
setting can be adjusted up to 16. On the display (5) you will see the
selected speed setting. Choose the suitable speed for the appropriate
work.
Settings 1 – 6 for smooth mixing
Settings 7 – 9 for medium speed for mixing dough
Settings 10 – 16 for mixing cream, egg white etc.
3. When pressing the turbo button (5) the mixer will run with full speed.
Release the button and the mixer will turn back to the adjusted speed
setting.
4. As long as the mixer is in operation the timer on the display will show the
on-time. After operating the mixer continuously for 5 minutes, allow it to
cool down for approx. 15 minutes. Do not operate the mixer for more than
5 minutes continuously.
5. For switching off the mixer, push the ON/OFF switch (2) in direction OFF.

Using the Beaters

1. Put the ingredients into the bowl. Insert the beaters (7) into the motor
housing. The beaters are equal parts and fit in each opening! Switch on the
appliance.
2. As soon as the ingredients are ready mixed, switch off the appliance and
then lift the beaters out of the bowl to avoid splashing.
3. Always unplug the appliance and then eject the beaters by pushing the
eject button (1).
