Function
Signal which transfers the
data to the printer. Normally,
it is "High".
Printer saves the data until
the signal becomes "High".
Input signal which receive 8
bit data.
Logic 1 is "High".
DATA 0 is LSB, DATA 7 is
MSB.
Signal which shows that
data is stored in the device.
It is reply to STB signal.
Signal which shows that
printer can not receive the
data.
When it is "Low", the printer
allows to receive the data.
Signal which shows no
paper condition. When there
is paper, it is "Low", when
there is no paper, it
becomes "High".
Signal which shows on line
condition.
When it is "High", the printer
allows to receive the data.
Use at bi-directional
communication
Ground
Signal which shows printer
power is "ON".
It allows to check printer
ON/OFF condition and cable
connecting condition.
Signal which initializes
printer.
Normally, it is "High" and it
will initialize when signal
becomes "Low".
Signal which shows printer
is error condition.
Use at bi-directional
communication
