Get started The SBG8300 is a combination DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem and four-port Ethernet router with Wi-Fi. It uses DOCSIS 3.1 technology to provide ultra high-speed Internet access on your Wi-Fi home network or small business network. My ARRIS SGB8300 no longer connects to 2.4. When I try, I receive the message, "Unable to join the network." SBG8300-FEF9 5G works great, but some devices need the 2.4. It worked fine until today. Can you help me?
