(Push the button 1 time)
Check the fan rotating.

Check the Fan motor and surrounding.

Check the Fan motor voltage. Pin15(2),
Pin14(1), Pin16(3) of CON8.

Rotate fan using your hand.
It feel sticky, change the motor.
