The Atari VCS requires an Internet connection. You can connect your Atari VCS to your
wireless router or modem. If you want to connect wirelessly, skip this step. You will be
prompted to connect to a wireless network later.
For a wired connection, use an Ethernet cable to connect your router or modem to the
ethernet port in the back of the Atari VCS. The ethernet port is labeled.
The Atari VCS requires power to operate. To connect the Atari VCS to power:
1. Plug the power cord into the power supply.
2. Plug the power supply into the AC power port at the right rear of the Atari VCS. The
AC Power Port is labeled.
3. Plug the other end of the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Press and hold the power button on the rear left of the Atari VCS until the Atari Fuji logo on
the right of the front panel is illuminated.
Once you power on your Atari VCS, on-screen instructions will walk you through connecting
a controller, connecting to a wireless network, and creating an account.
