Complete section 2.1.1-2.1.2 of the disassembly procedure.
Open the phone.
Slide the plectrum between the navigation keypad and the
front cover frame in the location shown to create a gap. Pry
the bottom right latch up using a pry tool.
Repeat for the location shown.
Slide the plectrum along the seam of one edge up to the top
of the back half.
