Returns the rounded value of the term in parentheses. A rounding
point can be specified.
* A real number, a list, matrix, variable, or equation can be used
as values.
Example
• Round off 1.2459 to the nearest hundredth. (= 1.25)

Returns only the integer part of a decimal number.

• Discard the fraction part of 42.195. (= 42)
