4. Transport and storage of the product
Take all possible precautions to avoid accidentally damaging of the product during tran sport, if
they are available to us the original packaging
Observe the storage temperature range of -10 to 50 °C

5. Mounting and commissioning

When unpacking the product be careful not to damage it.
Check the product for any damage which could have been caused during its transportation or
storage.
Remove all locking devices from the moving parts.
Separate any packaging materials so that they can be recovered and disposed of in compliance with
national regulations.
Before the product is used check
specification.
During the installation of the component use overpressure protective equipment.
Avoid any sudden pressure changes in the circuit where you install the component.
Be sure that any air discharged from the component is conveyed into an area where it cannot be a
hazard to equipment and people.
During installation check that the component does not create a hazard due to any potential
mechanical movement.
Put the component in an area where the phases of set-up and maintenance can be easily
performed to check that it is not hazardous to the operator.
Before connecting the component to any pipes, make sure that there are no burrs or other debris
that could potentially cause future breakdowns.
Close any unused openings with covers or protective caps.
The components must be fixed properly, using, where available, the applicable Camozzi brackets so
that the device remains fixed even when the actuator operates at high frequency or in the
presence of strong vibrations.
In the presence of strong vibrations provide special devices / systems that can reduce the effect on
the component.
Install condensate filtering and draining modules to prevent rust forming in the internal parts of
components.
When the component has been installed ensure that all pipes are properly connected.
Before an electro-pneumatic valve is used, first check that the coil's connectors are properly
fastened.
