The P4 pins 1 and 2 configuration is not correct for an
L1EM that is part of an MMDS05 system. Such a config-
uration would interfere with correct operation of the
RESETIN and RESETOUT commands.

Frequency Select Header (P5)

Jumper header P5 determines the frequency of the L1EM clock source.
There are eight possible choices of frequencies and the user can select
one of them by installing a jumper across the appropriate jumper header
pins. The diagram below shows the factory configuration: the factory
configuration has a fabricated jumper installed between pins 1and 2. (i.e.
selects the 4.00 MHz clock source.)
