4.1

Control device

The A10 control PCB is located in the control device's housing.

Light emitting diodes (LEDs) are mounted on the A10 control PCB which display the test system status. To this end the
EPS on the main switch must be switched on.
If there is no malfunction pending on the test system, then the LEDs must light up as follows on the control PCB when
the anti-splash guard is closed:

In the event of a malfunction the LEDs will light as follows:
i The areas highlighted in gray indicate the deviations to a fully-functioning test system.

All anti-splash guards closed.
Close spray guards.
Check safety monitoring.
Check power supply.
Check F3 fuse.
Check 12 Volt power supply.
Check F2 fuse.
Check 24 Volt power supply.
Check F1 fuse.
No connection to rail PCVs. Check connection.
12 Volt and 24 Volt supply polarities reversed.
Check power supply.
Install new firmware.
Replace control PCB.
