Turn on video monitor and computer

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Make sure all external devices, such as keyboard, mouse, and
monitor, are connected. Turn on the video monitor. Plug the
female end of the computer's power cord into the AC power-in
connector on the back panel of the computer, plug the male end of
the power cord into the grounded wall outlet, then switch on the
AC supply.
If the computer does not immediately power on, press the push-
button power switch on the front panel. Use the lights on the front
panel to verify that the power, hard disk drive, and LAN
connections are working.
