Fault/ cause/ remedy
Fault
Indicator lamp in electronics
flashing continuously after
calibration
No flushing after the button is
pressed
Water flowing continuously
Undesired flushing
Flow volume too low
Cause
• Calibration incorrect
• Obstacle during calibration
• Servo motor defective
• Water supply interrupted
• Radio transmitter not registered
• Electronics defective (indicator lamp
does not flash when button is pressed)
• Servo motor defective (no rotation)
• Plug-in connector without contact or not
connected
• Radio transmitter too far away
• No voltage
• Transformer defective
• Battery in radio transmitter discharged
• Waste valve not closing
• Adjacent radio transmitter unintentionally
registered
• Waste valve does not lift fully out
• Servo motor defective (incomplete
rotation)
• Residual flow rate too high
• Flow rate in cistern too low
Remedy
- Perform calibration again, ensuring there
is no obstacle in the adjustment range of
the servo motor
- Replace servo motor
- Open isolating valve in cistern
- Register radio transmitter
- Replace electronics
- Replace servo motor
- Attach plug-in connector
- Install radio transmitter closer to cistern
- Switch on voltage supply
- Replace transformer
- Replace battery, see Replacing the
battery, TPI: 96.484.XXX
- Calibrate servo motor
- Waste valve defective (repair, replace)
- Delete all radio transmitters and re-
register the correct radio transmitters
- Calibrate servo motor
- Replace servo motor
- Push residual flow slider downwards
- Turn float of filler valve further upwards
