ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Align the pilot holes on the
Left Side Board (2) with the
through holes on the Back
Board (1).
2. Affix the Left Side Board (2)
to the Back Board (1) with 3
Wood Screws (8). FIGURE 1
3. Align the pilot holes on the
Right Side Board (3) with the
through holes on the Back
Board (1).
4. Affix the Right Side Board (3)
to the Back Board (1) with three
Wood Screws (8). FIGURE 2
5. Align the pilot holes on the
Left Side Board (2) with the
through holes on the Front
Board (4).
6. Affix the Left Side Board
(2) to the Front Board (4)
with three Wood Screws (8).

7. Align the pilot holes on the
Right Side Board (3) with the
through holes on the Front
Board (4).
8. Affix the Right Side Board
(3) to the Front Board (4)
with three Wood Screws (8).

9. Attach the Left Mounting
Bracket (5) to the Back Board
(1) with the 1" Machine Screw,
Washer and Hex Locking Nut

10. Attach the Right Mounting
Bracket (5) to the Back Board

Washer and Hex Locking Nut
