Possible cause
You have not
downloaded the
app.
Your shaver and
smartphone are not
paired yet.
The first pairing
attempt failed.
The smartphone
cannot find the
shaver.

Solution
Download the app
from your App
store.
Make sure the
shaver and
smartphone are
paired (see
'Preparing for use').
Reset/unpair the
shaver and
smartphone and try
to pair them again.
Make sure your
smartphone is
equipped with
Bluetooth 4.1 or
higher.
